Recipe: Cocoa Raspberry Blended Yogurt

By incorporating frozen raspberries and dark cocoa, this blended yogurt treat is rich and flavorful — all without the sugar! Makes 2 servings.

  • 1 cup plain lowfat or nonfat yogurt (if using Greek yogurt, results will be slightly thicker)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries or other berries
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa, plus more for garnish
  • 2 mint sprigs (optional)

Using a food processor or blender, blend ingredients until smooth. Adjust ratio of berries to cocoa to yogurt, if desired.

Serve cold with a sprinkle of cocoa and sprig of mint (optional).
