- Red Car: A modern coffee bar that also offers ice cream, snacks, and freshly made grab-and-go sandwiches and salads.
- 1919: Named for the year The Huntington was founded, the 1919 café serves brick-oven pizzas, salads, soups, sandwiches, and daily specials created by Bon Appétit as well as modern Mexican cuisine from chef-partners Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger at the Border Grill mini-taqueria. The Bar at 1919 offers freshly made sushi as well as global small plates, all of which can be paired with beer, wine, or craft cocktails.
- Patio Grill: Adjoining the Rose Garden, the weekends-only, outdoor Patio Grill — also by Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken — offers Latin American-inspired cuisine such as Cuban cheeseburgers and honey-lime grilled yams.
- Freshwater Dumpling and Noodle House: Over in the Chinese Garden, innovative chef Kajsa Alger and Feniger offer authentic dumplings and noodle dishes drawn from the many regions of China as well as from surrounding influences such as Nepal and Mongolia.
