- COMMISSARIES: No kitchen? No problem. Our commissary programs focus on making fresh, from-scratch food while maximizing flexibility and efficiency. Commissaries and bakeries support cafés, microkitchens, vending, and catering. Meal prep and food production can all take place in a single offsite location, optimized for function and flavor.
- COFFEE: A dynamic coffee program fuels your culture. From local roasters to national brands, we curate the right blends, roasts, brewing styles, and brands of coffees and teas to create customized coffee experiences, tailored to taste and location.
