Michelle, who works for a Bon Appétit corporate account in Seattle, raises her own chickens and ducks in Seattle.

She is passionate about regional food. A board member of the Seattle Chef’s Collaborative, the most active CC chapter in the country, she has a close relationship with many of our Farm to Fork producers, including the Quillisascut Farmstead Cheese and School of the Domestic Arts. Whether she’s organizing a trip out to Lummi Island Wild Salmon Co-op for Seattle chefs or challenging chefs to milk goats and make cheese, Michelle helps Bon Appétit and other area chefs experience the farm-to-table connection firsthand.
