Here’s a seasonal, lighter take on an Indian classic.
3 local peaches in season, chopped and peeled
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup nonfat or lowfat plain yogurt*
Juice from one orange
Splash of orange-flower water (optional)
Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
* Vanilla yogurt can be used if a sweeter lassi is preferred.
