Recipe: Ginger-Lime Spa Water

Spa Water2Cool, a bit spicy, and free of added sugar, this simple beverage is hydrating and healthy, while still feeling like a treat. Makes 8 cups.

  • 2 limes, sliced into rings

  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

  • 1/2 gallon water

  • Ice

Spa Water 3Place lime and ginger into a pitcher and add water. Allow flavors to blend in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving in glasses over ice.

Spa water will keep 2-3 days in the refrigerator. Remove lime and ginger after the first 24 hours.
