The menu at each of our 500-plus cafés changes every single day. And no two of them are the same. We purposefully avoid corporate recipes or menu cycles, instead giving chefs the ability to create menus specific for each location, designed to express your unique culture and your audiences’ tastes. As visionaries and collaborators, our chefs ensure each experience has its own authentic flavor.
We are proud of the fact that the Bon Appétit chili in a financial services account in Austin,TX, doesn’t taste anything like the chili at Target near Minneapolis, MN. They should be different. Food should help tell the story of where you are. Yet food can also take you places. That’s why in addition to delicious versions of familiar standards, you’ll also find a lot of global cuisine on our menus: authentic versions of dishes that will transport you to the world’s most celebrated cuisines.
