Annette Clinton, a 26-year employee of Bon Appétit, stands by the menu for  30th anniversary.

Bon Appétit pulled out all the stops to commemorate a financial services firm’s three incredible decades in Carmel, Indiana. A jubilant celebration marked the 30th anniversary of this firm’s presence in this vibrant community just outside of Indianapolis. Bon Appétit was honored to be a part of the festivities, having served this client for 26 of those 30 remarkable years.

A special moment came when Annette Clinton, a dedicated Bon Appétit employee of 26 years who has been a part of the team for the entire 30 years, was recognized for her dedication. Annette’s unwavering commitment and passion has not gone unnoticed by the people from both Bon Appétit and the people she engages with daily. A company president opened the evening by acknowledging the impact Annette has on the firm’s associates with her infectious smile, positive attitude, and top-tier service.

The celebration was a trip down memory lane, with a 90s-themed bash that brought together the best of local Indiana flavors. Bon Appétit showcased creative dishes prepared with ingredients from their Farm to Fork partners. Guests were treated to an array of culinary delights with a local twist, including tenderloin sliders, succulent barbecue chicken street tacos, savory beef noodles, delectable sweet corn flatbread, delightful soft pretzel bites, and an elaborate charcuterie and cheese board, featuring Smoking Goose Meatery and Tulip Tree Creamery products.

The tenderloin sliders featured fried pork tenderloin cutlets from Cameron Farms and captured the essence of Indianapolis’ iconic food scene. Meanwhile, the barbecue chicken street tacos were made from locally sourced chicken, house-smoked barbecue sauce, corn salsa, micro cilantro, cotija cheese, and avocado crema, delivering big flavor in every bite.

Guests also reveled in the scrumptious beef noodles, featuring crispy noodles, Fischer Farms Natural Foods beef braised with Triple XXX root beer and bourbon, and topped with herbed crème fraîche. The sweet corn flatbread, a crowd-pleaser, showcased Indiana’s own Capriole goat cheese, creamed corn alfredo, Indiana sweet corn from Souder Farms, diced tomato, mozzarella, and smoky chipotle crema.

A live DJ kept the energy high, and a 90s-themed photo booth provided endless entertainment and nostalgia for attendees. Bon Appétit is thrilled to have been a part of this momentous occasion and looks forward to many more years of culinary excellence and shared celebrations with this wonderful client. Here’s to the next 30 years!
