We give our chefs the freedom to use what’s in season in their region and turn it into delicious food that suits the tastes of their guests, whether college students in the Northeast or corporate employees in Southern California.
We are proud of the fact that the Bon Appétit chili at a financial services company’s office in Austin, TX, doesn’t taste anything like the chili at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.They should be different. Food should help tell the story of where you are.Yet food can also take you places.
