Every café, a unique culinary experience

The menus at each of our 500-plus cafés change every day, and no two of them are the same. We give our chefs the freedom to use what’s in season in their region and turn it into delicious food that suits the tastes of their guests, whether college students in the Northeast or corporate employees in Southern California. 

We are proud of the fact that the Bon Appétit chili at a financial services company’s office in Austin, TX, doesn’t taste anything like the chili at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.They should be different. Food should help tell the story of where you are. 

Yet food can also take you places. That’s why in addition to healthier versions of American comfort foods like chili and pizza, you’ll also find global cuisines on our menus — authentic versions of dishes that will transport you to Mexico, Thailand, India, and other justly celebrated food cultures.
