Measuring Impact: Introducing the Food Education Team Impact Report

At Bon Appétit, food literacy is a cultural value. We use the term to describe the many ways our on-site and corporate teams work to foster a deeper understanding of the myriad environmental and social effects food has on all of us. Our first Food Education Impact Report showcases our companywide efforts to go beyond simply serving delicious, from-scratch fare, to ensuring every employee and guest has the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow through food.
