Bon Appétit Management Company urges both the United Farm Workers and Beef Northwest to come to the table in pursuit of socially just labor policy

In keeping with our deep commitment to sustainable and socially just business principles, Bon Appétit Management Company supports fair labor practices in food production. We believe that feed lot workers in eastern Oregon and Washington should be treated fairly and without discrimination.
We strongly urge both the United Farm Workers and Beef Northwest to come to the table in pursuit of socially just labor policy, working together to resolve this issue quickly for the benefit of all.
Meeting together for direct negotiations is, in our opinion, the most effective way to reach a mutually agreeable solution. Furthermore, we believe the parties have the information and resources they need to resolve these issues. We will not play a role in the proposed election. Bon Appétit Management Company’s role is to support workers in their ultimate decision whether or not to unionize.
