- Train, manage, and develop hourly associates
- Assist with catering events
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Bon Appetit’s culinary and marketing team
- Audit p&l controls such as declining purchasing budgets, labor vs. sales, and pricing
- Hold monthly employee meetings to discuss topics such as safety, customer service and quality
- Bring innovative ideas to the management team to drive sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Two plus years of previous management or supervisory experience
- Previous experience managing cost controls is helpful
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office, internet, and email
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
