Recipe: Peach Lassi Freeze

This local, lighter take on an Indian classic will help you hydrate the healthy way this July.

Peach Lassi Freeze

Serves 4


  • 3 North American peaches in season, chopped and peeled
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup nonfat or lowfat plain yogurt*
  • Juice from one orange
  • Splash of orange-flower water (optional)

To Prepare:

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

* Vanilla yogurt can be used if a sweeter lassi is preferred.
