Employee Spotlight: Arthur Curtis, Making Wash U Folks Smile Every Day

We serve great food, and the story behind that food has as much to do with the people cooking and serving it as it does the farmers who grew it. As a Fellow for the Bon Appétit Management Company Foundation, I get to travel to different Bon Appétit cafés around the East Coast and meet some of those skilled, enthusiastic people. This video is the first in a series that will highlight their stories and the wonderful work they do.
