We serve great food — and the story behind that food has as much to do with the people cooking and serving it, as it does the farmers who grew it.
As a Fellow for the Bon Appétit Management Company Foundation, I get to travel to different Bon Appétit cafés around the East Coast and meet some of those skilled, enthusiastic people. This video is part of a series that will highlight their stories and the wonderful work they do.
Nicholas Palazzo has loved cooking and gardening ever since he was a child in New York City learning from his grandparents. He is now bringing these passions to Bon Appétit’s kitchens at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC.
